Paris Carnival 2014, Paris

Another country in Europe, which is replete with carnivals and fun holiday is France and the city of love and romance - Paris, famous for its traditional and one of the oldest events of "Paris carnival".  

The annual festival traces its history back to the 15th century and every year it becomes more exciting and colorful. 

Carnival theme for 2014 will be the heroes of fairy tales - wizards, fairies, trolls threatening, goblins and many other fantastic characters. 

The event will be held on March 2 from Gambetta and procession will start in elegant fancy dress on the streets of Paris, accompanied by French music, dance, acrobatics and theater performances. 

Over the years, adults cease to believe in fairy tales, but visiting the French capital, you are able to take part and become one of the characters, whether it's a beautiful fairy or belligerent troll - in general, it's up to you!
